These Terms of Service govern use of fetchmere.uk and purchases from Fetchmere. Fetchmere is operated by DEAL SHOPPERS LTD.

Eligibility and acceptance

By using the store or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are under 18, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, instructions and images. Screen settings can affect colour, and packaging or minor product details may change without altering the product’s essential function. Please check suitability, measurements and instructions before purchase and use.

Information on the store is general product information and is not veterinary or medical advice. Consult a qualified veterinary professional where appropriate.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept or dispatch the order. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, delivery restrictions or other lawful reasons. Any payment taken for a cancelled item will be refunded.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. Product prices and shipping charges shown at checkout include applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges for our supported destinations. The complete amount payable, including any shipping charge, is displayed before you submit the order.

Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Delivery

Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but this does not affect rights provided by law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy explains the 30-day return process, UK cancellation rights, return costs, exclusions and refund timing. We do not offer direct voluntary exchanges; eligible products may be returned for a refund and a new order placed. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Safe and proper use

Follow all instructions, warnings, age, size and supervision guidance supplied with a product. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or appears unsafe. No pet product is indestructible, and customers are responsible for selecting and supervising products appropriately for their animal.

Intellectual property

Fetchmere branding, store content and original visual materials are owned by or licensed to DEAL SHOPPERS LTD. You may not reproduce or exploit them for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, access it without authority, scrape it unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that we do not control.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that purchase. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections or right to bring proceedings available under the law of your place of residence.
